Blocks Wind and Rain

Nice comfortable pants for moderate foul weather or to just block wind until weather warms up.
Pros
- They are comfortable and big enough to slide over pants. They block 100% of wind and rain. Easy to clean by hosing off and they dry fast. They roll up nice so easy to store.
Cons
- The belt stinks. It's too small for the pants and unclips too easily
