great product but very poorly packaged

ordered 2 different sized 5lb boxes of screws & received 1 box of mixed screws as the 2 smaller boxes had burst open due to poor packaging

product was fine, packing from tackledirect was aweful

ordered 2x 5lb boxes of screws. they were packed in a larger box with a single piece of waded up paper as padding. the padding had no effect on securing the 2 smaller boxes in the larger. both boxes of screws had burst open and 2 different sizes of screws were now all mixed together : (
