The Gemlux OR-BA-02 Outrigger Base with Shortened Handle was designed for retrofit applications where the standard handle length would interfere with your T-Top's pipework. Provides the same functionality as the standard GEMLUX outrigger base, but with a shorter handle. The normal handle requires 6 inches of clearance, this short handle requires only 4 inches of clearance.

What is the diameter of Gemlux or-ba.-02 of outrigger pole I have Rupp series 2 will this fit thank you

No. The Bluewater base has an inside diameter of 1.60". You're Rupp poles should be 1.5"
Rupp does sell adapters though
