This thing is different looking and produces a different action. But it casts well, looks good, and holds up to the surf.

Had many of them left over from my younger days when i used to fish for trout and put them to good use. Work great for catching Snapper blues for bait, and will also pull in cocktail blues for fillet bait just as well.

This spoon is the best spoon I have ever fished with. I've caught a grand slam (snook, trout, redfish) twice with this spoon. Flounder like it too.
It may be small but it will really catch the big ones. Tie a loop knot to give better action. I just ordered a dozen gold and 1/2 dozen s/s.

Awesome Spoon

I absolutely love this spoon, great action, catches anything from tiny white perch, up to a 25b striper, I have had one for years, it's all corroded and lost all it's color and still, it catches fish. Works best off a pier but will work in back bays from the surf.
