These are my current favorite for rigging a weighted weedless soft plastic. I've been fishing heavy rock and oyster beds and these work better than jig heads for not getting snagged. The weight is shaped in a more streamlined manner than some other brands and this helps when dragging baits on the bottom. Also very high quality hook, strong and sharp.
