These extra-heavy duty inline single hooks will help you land more fish and help you achieve safer, healthier releases. Inline single hooks do far less damage to the fish, and dramatically reduce the chances of anglers and mates getting caught by hook points when removing treble hooks from thrashing fish. I love these inlines. I normally use vmc but will be switching over now. They have a nice smooth eye so you can easily put on and take off the hook. Not to much it's quality and sharpness

Perfect hook for rigging JDM (Japanese domestic market) unr-igged baits or changing good lures (Duo, Realis, etc) to better hooks.
Pros
- Super sharp.
- Heavy enough for large saltwater species.
- Large eye for easy split ring attachment.
- Eye-shank geometry correct for long baits. (eye in line with direction of hook)
Cons
- It's puzzling to me that these don't come in multiples of 2. Most lures are going to use 2 hooks. So a package of 5 is enough for 2.5 baits. I usually don't fish half a bait. It took hot dog and bun companies 70 years to find a solution to this issue so there is hope.
