The dimensions posted are 18'' x 10.50'' x 12''. I assume those are outside length, width and height...possibly the top and not the base. What is the inside width dimension (10.5") at the base of the box? I need it to be 10.25" minimum.

Inside dimensions are 17.5 long x10.5 wide x12 deep
