25 miles, the wheels are falling off

The aluminum is low grade; the axle is half sanded down after 25 miles on the shore line, and the plastic bushings in the wheel hubs are almost the size of the washers. The square stock insert for the handle is getting flared out. Let me know if you want some engineering advice from a fisherman.

Can the arm be removed to permit easy transport of the cart?

Yes, the handle slides in the cart receiver. Just simply remove the cotter pin.
