A bit expensive. Mine are starting to come apart at the tips a little. Used about a dozen times.
If were cheaper than would make a recommendation to a friend.

Do they help keep hands warm?

These are more for sun protection. I would recommend Stormr,glacier gloves, or simms for cold weather fishing gloves.
