The Fish Finder Tackle Joe Shute Skirted lures are quality made above and beyond the commercial lures with high quality tangle-free Mylar material. The Mylar hair is just enough to accent the rigged ballyhoo or other natural bait, but not completely cover it up. The 1 to 3 ounce sizes are perfect for dolphin, wahoo, and yellow fin tuna, and the 5 3/4 and 8 oz versions are perfect for billfish and bluefin tuna in rough water applications or when you want to get the bait deeper in the water column. The Joe Shute skirts are super effective, and should be considered a must for the offshore crowd pulling rigged natural baits.

First thing I noticed was the quality and the way it was tied. Should definitely last a while. Getting it wet this coming weekend . Perfect for all big tuna and other species. Wahoo would probably crush it

I troll heavy ones way back and light ones close. I have caught tuna, wahoo, blues, and mahi on these. Even had a hammerhead take one once.

I have been using Joe Shute lures since we were Giant fishing in NC over 10 years ago. It is great to see such a nice guy make a name for himself in our sport. He makes some of the best tuna lures available and the quality has improved instead of slipped like when most companies grow. Keep up the good work Joe!

They have taken over my spread. Just bought 6 more for this season. I wouldn't go to the canyons without them. I have met Captain Joe Shute and he stands by his product and I would do. They are the hot ticket now here in the Northeast and I will be buying more in the future. Get them in your spread in any color you can get your hands on. They truly do work. The variety of head size is very good. I like the heavier models the best but the 5 3/4 oz work great too.
