The Egret Baits Vudu Shrimp lure has a 4/0 4X strong hook that ensures solid hooksets. This lure is best fished from a popping cork when targeting slot redfish and speckled trout. The Vudu is constructed with a Kevlar weave through the body and tail to enhance the lures overall durability, which is also segmented for a realistic action. Now featuring glow colors.

Inshore killer
March 31, 2020
This is an awesome shrimp lure for nearly all inshore species in Florida. They have great action, are offered in great colors, and are rigged well. I used this lure on my last trip to florida for reds, trout, and snook and absolutely killed it. My one problem with this lure is that after about 10 fish the tail, legs, or antennas would be missing. All around great lure

Cons
  • Could be more durable

Vudu is my go to for specks, put it on a popping cork with a bit of pro cure and away you go!

Yielded good results

First time I have used Vudu shrimps. I caught several speckled trout, white trout, and redfish with it... I purchased the glow and chartreuse. Do not mix with regular plastic baits or they will melt.
