This is the perfect rig for winter flounder in the northeast. Add a 2 0z sinker and seaworm and you are good to go. If the bite is slow switch to mussel or clam. Look around at low tide. Fish the bait they are feeding on.

Great type of flounder rig and at a really good price to be honest. $2 for a hi-low rig is fantastic. for fluke or winter flounder.

I got lead of the plastixs and I'm using cooked shrimp. .
hook is not vrry sharp but it is easy to sharpen up
