I am a huge eagle claw fan and this deal from TD is a must buy. This is crazy amount of hooks for just 6 bucks! They are also sharp, but will not hurt your wallet. Oh my god did I also mention this can be use on dropshot or other application as well? This is the best bang for the buck if you are looking to stock some octopus type hook.

The great EAGLE 🦅 CLAW quality materials, craftsmanship and sharpness we've expected, depended for years is right here in these superb circle hooks. My main reason for purchasing these were for use targeting crappie and bass using live tuffy minnows. Theses hooks are large enough to help cull those smaller bluegill but the keeper size ones ones can still get it in their mouth. Using these hooks with split shot and a slip float crappie fishing I am able to probe around brush to catch them. On occasion I get treated to the bonus 2 to 5 pound large mouth on ultralight rigs and that's certainly always fun. These hooks are more than up to the challenge of bigger bass too. Very happy with the purchase price and the performance.

Flimsy but cheap

Given the price i gave the hook 3 stars. I used these for Tautog this past season and ive had some ups and down.
Pros
- Hookups are pretty standard. they do a decent job hooking themselves with a dropshot rig. They are pretty cheap for their price and quantity.
Cons
- Paint cracks off quickly. these hooks are quick to rust. They also have difficulty maintaining their shape with some of the bigger fish. Ive used them for fluke and tautog. hooks lasted about 3 decent fish then it bends quick. and each time you bend it back, the hook gets softer and softer. some hooks also dont have a great hookpoint but i have a hook file so i dont mind that too much.
