When we ordered hooks, we thought we were getting size 8 hooks. When we got them we laughed out loud. They were huge! Not at all what we expected. This company said the new ones we wanted are coming but we haven't received them yet. Hopefully they will be more fit for our style of fishing. Reordering and returning was a bit of a pain.

As it has been through out Eagle Claw history , you get a good sharp hook out of the box, we use eagle claw exclusively in our guide service, whether we are fishing for big specs in the salt to landlocked striped bass on inland lakes and rivers.
