The Eagle Claw Minnow Trap is constructed with black vinyl coated wire for durability and years of use. The two halves of the minnow trap are secured together by one clip, which allows for easy baiting and retrieving your catch. The two halves stack within each other for space saving storage. Cone shaped inward entrances at each end funnel minnows into the trap through 1'' openings.

Perfect trap for catching minnows for bait. Mine is usually tied to my friends dock in the rivers feeding in to bays. I like using pieces of fish or peeler crabs for minnow bait. Works extremely well.

This should catch just about any size mud minnow. Very small minnows may pass through, but the ones that you would want to use for bait would not be able to escape in most circumstances.
