I had bought these to fly a burgee and a flag off my center rigger when not fishing. They held well when the line was dacron, now that I switched to mono they slip up and down the line.
Regardless even in high winds the clips don't come off they just move.

Great Product, stays in place

I used this to fly my burgees from the side-stays of our Catalina 22 sailboat. It took a little muscle to get them on the cable but they will never slip or slide, even in the strongest wind. My flags look great!
Pros
- Tackle Direct sent this in a small envelope, so much better than the oversized, wasteful cardboard boxes that some companies use.
Cons
- Make sure you position this where you really want it the first time you put it on, it will be difficult to adjust.
