I've had these for 5 years now and they are with me on every trip. I read about them on a striped bass site and many recommend them as good alternatives to $300-400 titanium pliers which they have proved to be.

Very satisfied with these Donnmar's. Rubber grips provide solid purchase when wet, slimy, or bloody. Side cutters handle heavy mono and braid with ease. Jaw pads line up perfectly for even pressure on thinner items. Just the right amount of spring tension.

- At this price point a sheath and lanyard would be nice. I purchased the EGO Kryptek Plier Sheath and these fit perfectly.

Cuts Braid with Ease

Been very happy with these pliers. They cut braid with ease and a very ergonomic for someone with medium sized hands. The hold on on them is great to, very little pressure to close them and the needle nose fronts are well constructed and sturdy for removing hooks really stuck.

Great tool. Lightweight, strong, and cuts through the thickest braid and mono. Had to purchase the holster deprecate though.
Got tired of replacing cheap pliers yearly. I have only had these for about two months, but they are Great. Highly recommend!!

Very good set of pliers. I would they are equal to the more expense pliers on the marker. I had the same brand / type for four years with no issue. A buddy dropped the pliers overboard at the end of last season is the only reason I needed a new pair.
