Nice sheath but doesn't hold the knife very well. I had to put velcro on the inside to keep the knife from rattling aroung loose in the sheath. Once I did that it's an ok knife sheath for what I use it for... holding filet knife in my fishing bucket. But if you are looking for a good fitting sheath for your Dexter Russell knife check out something else.

It wouldn't slide all the way down to he end so most likely it would not fit snug.
