The bait table and swivel mount work as designed. I would give 4 stars to the fit and finish. The problems I had were with the hardware. The package came with 1 screw/nut short. I called them and the service rep wanted me to return the whole thing rather than just shipping me the missing screw! I had to argue with him and he finally said he would contact the manufacturer. I was told the manufacturer would ship me a set of screws which I never received after a couple of weeks. The 2nd problem is that when I went to actually attach the table, the screws they provide are too short. The screws when tightened barely go through half of the nut. I just went to Lowes and purchased my own screws.

- Screws are too short, needs to be 1/2" longer.
- Poor service from both Tackledirect and manufacturer
