Not what I ordered.

The knob they sent me didn't fit my Daiwa Tatula reel.
I sent it back to them on August 1, with a letter enclosed (and a copy of the purchase order). No response. Crickets chirping.
August 12, I wrote to Tackle Direct AGAIN. Enclosed another copy of the purchase order. That was eight days ago. Still nothing. More crickets chirping.
