Got this for my all around inshore set up and light tackle offshore for throwing at weed lines in the gulf. An this rod is absolutely amazing. It has handled everything I've thrown at it plus some. I like it so much I just ordered another one just a little bit beefier tho.

The rod would pair up well with your saltist 4500 and would handle most inshore species.
