What kind of reel is suitable for this rod.. spin or bait casting ? What is the lure weight minimum & maximum for both rods ?. Thanks.

The rods are designed to be paired with casting reels no lure rating is listed per the Daiwa website

Spliced hollow core to your leader or topshot should provide even better performance than solid braid tied with a knot to monofilament or fluorocarbon.
