Great Rod

I had a 10 ft Daiwa Sealine Rod. I used it for casting into the surf with spoons and other lures. When I wanted to rest with the family at the beach I would put bait on and cast it into the surf. It never broke or gave me any issues. I have caught large Stripers on it. Great rod I'm going to buy another one. Its the lightest and strongest rod that I have ever used.

- Strong Light weight fast action Rod capable of pulling 40lbs stripers out the surf with ease. The best on the market for its price or any price.
Cons
- None. I never had any issues with the Rod

This is my go to surf fishing rod for stripers. The tip is light enough to cast plugs from 1 ounce but will cast up to 3 ounce. Its great for casting large 170mm jerkbaits in the surf and versatile enough to cast and work 2.5 ounce sinking poppers. Great value.
