Can you put braid on this rod, and if so what is these line weight? Trying also to find out the lure weight on the pole.

Hi Wayne, The Daiwa D-wave Saltwater combo in 9ft can be spooled and used with braid up to 50lb test. The lure rating is roughly between 1-5 oz. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
