Perfect for 1st fillet pass for striped bass

I use this serrated knife to seperate the fillet of striped bass from the body then use a standard fillet knife to remove skin & ribs.
When using a standard fillet knife to remove the fillet from the body the striped bass scales quickly dull the non-serrated blade.

This is an extremely sharp knife. I am able to cut frozen goods with it. The handle is very comfortable and easy to grip. The offset blade makes it very easy to use safely.
