Leaving in Austin TX we cook a lot of BBQ and I was looking for a knife to cut Spareribs into SaintLouis ribs and this knife worked superb that job. It feels like you can saw a log with this knife. It has a solid feel to it. Great product.

This does a great job cutting chunks either fresh or frozen. Really does make a big difference over the regular old knife.
Pros
- Length of the knife makes cutting easier.
- Seems very rust resistant. Can leave on boat in cutting board to the elements. Not all knifes listed stainless hold up to rust.
Cons
- None so far.

Bought this knife to cut my frozen bonito and cuda offshore fishing and I am loving it so far. The only corrosion I have had appear on it is when I leave it on the boat for a few weeks after using it offshore. Blade is extremely sharp and I have yet to have to sharpen it.

This is an extremely sharp knife. I am able to cut frozen goods with it. The handle is very comfortable and easy to grip.
