The Cuda 18825 Titanium Bonded Snip is great for cutting fishing line, rope, netting and fins! The Titanium Bonded 8" Snip has blades that are 3x harder than untreated steel and will stay sharper for a longer period of time. Features an internal spring system, integrated wire cutter and a micro-serrated edge for increased cutting performance. The full-tang construction is visible through the Cuda scale pattern, non-slip handle grips.

good strong cutters

These are great scissors. The only problem is that they want to stay open and you need to use the loop at the end of the handle to keep them closed. This makes one handed operation, or at lest closing, very hard. I gave it 3/5 stars because the spring opening is a bit of a pain, however I would still recommend these scissors because they cut very well and I really like the grips.

These are some of the nicest, sharpest and hi-quality snips out there. They take a beating and continue to perform. Will cut both mono and braid.

'Cuda Titanium Bonded Snip

Purchased this item for a tuna trip out of San Diego. The grip was comfortable and stayed 'sticky' in my fingers, even when wet or covered with tuna blood. Worked great at cutting heavy mono leaders and gill plates too. Stayed sharp like new the entire trip. Very satisfied with this product, and picking up more 'Cuda products in the future!

Poor design.

Purchased BCF. During use, handle ends come together and broke one handle at the knob end. Product was exchan9for a new pair. After only four fishing trips the next fault was one of the handles snapping right through the steel section of the handle. Product was returned, this time purchase price was refunded. Excellent service from BCf, Poor quality product from Cuda.

  • Was good to use, comfortable feel a grip in the hand used to gut fish and cut mono line.
Cons
  • Prone to breakages.
