Costa Del Mar produces a great product and I own over 6 pair of Costa glasses and will buy additional. However, I was disappointed with this pair as the nose support on the glasses was off center so that when worn the glasses did not sit properly on the face. My main concern however was the return service provided by Tackle Direct. My friends and I have purchased many products over the years from Tackle Direct, several of them substantial, however I think this will be my last. I'm very disappointed with the timing involved in obtaining a return shipping label from Tackle Direct and after several attempts by email and phone went so far as to dispute the purchase with AMEX until the product return is properly credited to my account. I have never in over 40 years disputed a purchase made on a credit card, this being the first for the frustration involved in getting cooperation from Tackle Direct. My other concern is that these glasses were made with 400 Glass as opposed to 580 Glass. In looking at the glasses on the Costa web site, these glasses are sold with 580 Glass. No where on the website ad of Tackle Direct was the fact these were being sold with 400 Glass (maybe an older product which is fine) which is most likely the reason for the substantial discount. I have no problem with 400 Glass, as long as I'm made aware of what I'm buying from the vendor website prior to the purchase. I was under the impression these glasses were made with 580 Glass until the shipping confirmation indicated otherwise. At the time of this writing I'm still waiting for proper credit. The glasses were returned December 7, shipping confirm shows received by Tackle Direct December 15. As I first indicated, Costa makes a great product and I would buy another Costa product, just not from Tackle Direct.
