beware...short inseam!

I purchased this wader in hopes of finding a great new brand for fly fishing. The overall quality of the wader is great but I struggle with their shorter inseam. I bought the medium since I'm Joe average medium (5'10, 160lbs, size 9 foot). The inseam on the medium is too short and cuts me off in the crotch area! I have no idea why they would not make their inseams more generous as to accommodate wearing over pants/sweats. I'd switch to the large but then the booties would me all folded over in my boots :(
