Excellent for storing tons of bucktails, terminal tackle etc. I keep it stored in the head area and take it out and leave behind my seat while fishing.

How waterproof is this? I.e. how well would this handle to rain and rough seas out in saltwater

According to Calcutta this bag would be able to handle heavy rains. As far as rough seas, that is not guaranteed.
