This works well for trolling spoons

Best weights for the above, dependable and dynamic. I own more that 25 of them, cant have enough of them.

Like using this with my trolling plugs works great for getting the trolling bait down deeper in the water column.

Good for high-speed trolling - used one of these i front of 20' 300# shock leader with a wahoo candy behind that and it kept the lure under water consistently.

I too was worried about the color of the beads increasing the likelihood of having my weight chewed off, but it has yet to be an issue. Runs true and is extremely well made!

Ordered these to pull in front of some Yo-Zuri Bonita's for wahoo trolling. The weights themselves are good enough quality with a through the weight rigging that is much preferred. The only thing I would change with these is have a little bit longer cable on them to protect against bite offs from errant wahoo striking your trolling leads. I especially fear that with the colorful beads that are placed on the cable. I may end up rigging some cable to both sides to prevent this issue.

These are perfect for getting your lures down when trolling or in front of umbrella rigs. They are strong and durable and don't twist up much while trolling.
