I'm not sure how long this knife has been on the market but man have I been missing out. Not many knives get the "cuts like butter" moniker attached to them but this one might be the leader in that designation. It's unreal how fast you can clean a fish with this tool.

9in Flex Knife

Bought this knife to fillet yellowfin tuna and wahoo. The wider blade makes a huge difference allowing you to span the gap between the bones of a larger fish. This will leave you with much cleaner cuts on your fillets. The knife held its edge for around 25 tuna before needing a quick touchup.

I got one for us to use for fish cleaning, and liked it so much I got one for each of my grandsons for Christmas. It is sharp (be careful with your fingers) and very flexable. Great Knife, I'm going to get the Chefs Knife next!
