I have been extremely happy with this knife set. I have used them on fish, deer, and even an alligator! Would definitely recommend.

Now that I've had this knife set for a year, I can give an honest assessment. There are a number of things I love about this set, but here are my top 3.
1 - The knives are easy to interchange, and the fact that the tang runs all the way through the handle means the blade stays put with no wobble. You can make cuts without worrying about the blade being loose in the handle and wandering while you cut.
2 - As with all the Bubba blades (of which I own 3 others...), the non-slip handle is just that.
3 - The 4 different blades cover all the cutting I do. Not only do I clean and fillet fish, but these blades are handy for cutting wild game too. Good blades make for nice cuts of venison!

This is a nice compact set and the case is excellent(it has removable tray which can be cleaned)blades are very sharp and the assortment allows for fileting just about any fish,for the 99 it is worth it

Great sharp knifes. I like the flexability of having several different blades. But if you are out on the ocean a lot and its used a lot. I suggest greasing the insert of the blade when you install. It will get rusted and won't come apart.
