I bought these for deep water lure fishing for Striped Bass. I've not gotten it wet yet (most of my spots are shallow waters where Zo Zuri Hydros and Mag Darters are better suited), but this one has a reputation for being very effective.

these dont cast as well as an sp minnow and the action is a little different.

they do work, but i prefer the sp

This is a well thought out lure. I use it to troll behind the boat. Caught two small tuna and 4 baracuda with this thing. I would recommend this lure for shore fishing and slow trolling. Haven't had it but a couple of weeks. You know how it is.... When you get a new lure, you always want to see how it does, I was very happy with purchase. I am getting ready to order a few more cause the lurs is getting scratched up.

Anyone who knows lures knows the fish catching abilities of the Bombers. They are great and the black color works wonders at night.

Nothing beats the chicken scratch bomber Longshot when it comes to action, look, and feel. 30 stick baits in my kit, and nothing got more action and kept the bites coming like this lure. Paint and design gets warm off more easily than Zuris or Diawas with heavier use, but for the price you can't beat it.

Love these lures action and affordability. Great for stripers in the fall they can't resist it.

The 5” model is one of my favorite plugs for the Chesapeake bay. Great factory hardware, casting distance and action.

Great lure on the smaller side. Casts really well due to the low profile. Well made and holds up well. Dives just a little deeper than others in the same size. Well priced.

This plug in and of itself is excellent as it casts a mile and runs at a decent depth. However, the mother of pearl color really stands out in murky, sandy water like we’ve had for the last few weeks on Long Island’s south shore beaches. The little schoolie bass that are still around eat this plug up!

Bought this lure after using bomber lures in the past. This lure work great, the wobbly action it has to it caught my personal best snook (15lbs) and several other fish. It doesnt cast the distance some of my other japanese lures achieve but casts way better than the typical bomber lure.
I recomend it and im going to buy more of the same baby bluefish color. Really satisfied

Really like the mother of pearl and pearl/yellow colors at first light or sunset. I have purchased the other colors, but keep going back to these.

This lure is great for nighttime beach fishing for snook in the summer

Perfect for stripers, blues, sea bass and even redfish. Deadly swimming action, good hooks and great casting.
