The Blue Water Candy Instigator lures are extremely durable, torpedo shaped, and have urethane coated heads with molded bubble eyes. The construction of this skirt allows for serious abuse from a season's worth of trips. The extra large hole on the head of the Instigator is designed to slip over haywire twists on Pin Rigs used for natural dredges, which makes swapping out baits a breeze. These skirts are also great in front of a ballyhoo as well. This is my go to lure for wahoo. I always rig them with a 9/0 or 10/0 mustad hook with 175lb cable. Put them on the planer and they are a wahoo magnet.
