Blue Water Candy's Scooter Chugger Heads are very effective on dolphin and billfish. They are tied on a lightweight plastic cup-faced head with decal eyes. The Scooters are tied with synthetic hair and mylar, in some of the most popular offshore color patterns that are sure to add some strikes to your day of fishing. These chugger head skirts can be used in front of a ballyhoo or natural bait, and is especially effective at the end of a daisy chain.

Love BWC lures. Great ocean trolling lures especially with a trailer on the hook. These lures look great, produce well, and hold up to harsh environment. One of my favorite lure companies.
