The Blue Water Candy Hair and Mylar Skirts are hand-tied reversing skirts with a lead-head using high quality synthetic hair with strips of Mylar material for flash. They come in weights of 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1 and 2 ounces. The 1 and 2 ounce heads feature decal eyes and a 2-color paint scheme. These "witches" are great when coupled with a rigged ballyhoo for all pelagics, from dolphin to billfish.

Really should have a few of these in your trolling arsenal, especially if you are trolling dead baits. These skirts really do catch big predatory fish at a much higher rate than dead baits alone by grabbing their attention with a little extra flash, color, and movement.

I use this for trolling for tuna in the gulf. I tie a rubber band around the skirt for a day or so. Then rig it up. Trails nicely and the colors are vibrant.
