I had a horrible experience with this line in both 4lb and 8lb. I even made videos of spooling it onto my reels, and the efforts that I went to trying to make it work. Nothing seemed to help. It would pile off of the spool as soon as you opened the bail, it would knot and twist instantly, I can't speak to how well it fished, because I simple couldn't get to that point with it. I did contact Berkley, and told them of the issues that I had, and emailed the videos. They responded very quickly, and asked me to send the line back to them, so they could look into it. I did, and heard nothing for several weeks. One day, a box was at my gate, and it had one box of 4lb Sensation in it, no note, no explanation, nothing. I guess that something is better than nothing, but.....that felt like a very poor response to me. I'm not sure if I can post the video links, but, I'll add them below.

This brand of line has always worked for me.

This is a solid mono for the price. it has a good balance of features, with good knot strength and smooth casting. if you want a decent mono, I would not hesitate to try it.
