The Berkley Gulp Jerk Shad just keeps on getting bit when other baits don't. We fish it low & slow on the breakwaters & jetties here on East Coast. Fluke love them and they work with the stripes also. Get yourself some and see - Hang on!

Super simple to rig on a jig head. The darting action of the jerk shad makes it deadly for fluke. But they’re not very durable, sometimes you’ll just have to replace it after one fish cause it’s been torn apart. But I guess that’s a good thing if the fish want it that bad.

Try not to let any of the liquid scent leak into your bag!

Great for fluke (flounder)

These are a bit expensive but they work! This was the first year I started using these from surf to target fluke. Put them on a 3/8 or 1/4 jig head and it is deadly if you know how to work them. I've caught more fluke from shore with these than from my boat and kayak combined using the traditional bucktail/gulp/teaser combo. I loaded up on these for next season as the 6 inch are hard to find in peak fluke season.

The only reason I didn't give this Gulp a 5-star rating is because they seemed to be softer than other Gulps so they don't hold up as long as others. Still our go-to favorite bait!
