Bought these because my local shop was closed and needed something to take kids fishing. They are not as messy as live bait and last a lot longer. The kids can even bait there own hook. Seems to be as cheap or cheaper than live worms so these will be my go to bait for bream, bass.

Not bad and work well.
My first choice are the fat hollow ones (stripers), the 2.5" ones (perch) and then I would use these as well. Not thick enough to stay hooked for longer times but they work well.

Great substitute

This bait is a great substitute for live bloodworms and sandworms. I like these baits for Northern Kingfish in the Jersey surf. They love these baits even though they are not bloodworms. Like all gulp they have a great scent.
