This is called "cracker" for surfishing in westcoast
March 28, 2021
Berkley Gulp sandworm is the "fish cracker" we called in west coast. It is so efficient sometimes when you are hard to come by live sandcrab from the beach this gulp is the one to use. It will used on C rig or dropshot when surfising, creating bites after bites. Some people said this gulp is not a plastic but rather a live bait and it is kind of cheating. Well try it yourself and you will know why people love this stuff. Caught perch, crocker, and multiple bass on this!

Awesome for kingfish

I love to use these instead of blood worms because they are much cheaper. They also have great scent which attracts the fish. This is a pretty good deal especially if you plan on having a long day on the water or are going to make a couple trips.
Pros

Can't wait to try them out, but they seem smaller than 6". Not tackle direct's fault.

Nice trailer

Used these as trailers for trolling for rockfish and seemed to work well. Also use these for jigging around rocks and bridges. They have a strong scent but not very durable.

I find these to work better than live worms. Plus they last longer. Repower them by putting it back in the juice.

They work
September 30, 2014
I use these trolling for stripers on a tube and worm rig. I've caught fish on them but I prefer an 8" worm which Berkley doesn't seems to carry in the large buckets
