The Berkley Skinny Cutter Lure is designed by a collaboration between Berkley's bait design engineers and team of pro-anglers, including hard bait legend, David Fritts. This lure is versatile and can be used with twitch, jerk, pause, rip, burn and standard retrieves. The coffin shaped bill of this baits allows maximum darting action and side flash with minimal rod movement. The balanced design of this bait allows it to be thrown straight and far and is ready to run right out of the package without tuning. This Berkley bait is made for freshwater fishing conditions.

great action

this lure has great action and awesome color, yet a wish it had better trebles. To fix it I replace them with two VMC 3x one on the front and one on the back and you are set, I skip the middle one, a hell of a mess trying to unhook a fish
Pros
  • finish, action, size
Cons
  • factory trebles

Great lure!

Last fall I went fishing with a buddy on his boat. He's the best fisherman I've ever met, and he spends about 100 or more days on the water here in southern Colorado.

He gave me a rod with one of these lures on the line, and showed me how to retrieve it.

During the next 4 or 5 hours, I caught 19 walleye! It was the most fun I've ever had fishing! I still use the Berkeley Tablerock to this day. And the fish still love it!
Pros
  • Fish love it, especially the bigger ones.
  • Not very expensive.
Cons
  • Requires careful handling; hooks are extremely sharp.
  • Hook covers help a lot when in the tackle box.
