Best Jighead Available when using Berkley Shrimp and Swim Mullets

Just ordered these from Tackle Direct. I am not certain but Bass Assassin may have discontinued making this style jighead. The 1/8 ounce on a 3" Berkley Gulp Shrimp or Swim Mullet is one of the best combos for targeting redfish, specks, and flounder here in Louisiana on Big Lake (Lake Calcasieu). Been using this combo for past 3 years. works. Produces fish in the boat. Enough said.

ive been using these jig heads for few years and have caught countless striped bass on them with riptide mullets on them you will not find a 1/4 0z jig head with a 4/0 hook anywhere that stronger, swims as great or bounces the bottom as good as this jig. even the 3/0 hook on the 1/8 oz holds its own. use the 1/4 oz on 5" mullet and the 1/8 oz on the 4" mullet both deadly.

These are weighted perfect for the curly tails for jigging for white perch and sea trout. They have nice eyes and the curly tail hold on to these heads perfectly.

I use the red jighead with a white 4" soft plastic. The jighead has a very strong hook and great holographic style eye. I believe the extra flash the eye has is beneficial compared to jigheads that use a standard white eye. Fish love flash.
