The Baker Fillet Knife is all business with a rugged 9" stainless steel, thru-handle blade. The handle is molded with a textured surface with comfort grip shape and finger guard. The sheath has several features including: ceramic knife sharpener, diamond hook hone, hanging slot and web belt loop to keep the knife close at hand. Full-length venting helps the blade dry quickly to prevent corrosion and a locking tab keeps the knife and sheath securely mated.

I went fishing for trout in Galveston bay. Most of what we caught was sand trout, but we had 5 specks mixed in, and the knife stayed sharp all the way through the 30 something fish. For the price you can't beat it.
