Yes, that is one way, it comes down to preference. Attaching the lure to the sinker with the snap swivel is the most popular and common way of using the Atom Bead Trolling Sinkers while casting or trolling. Also, most effective way. Some do use a leader line between sinker and lure but it is not very common and may not be effective.
