It gets rid of dirt and grime as well as removes grease, and it does it well. Takes a few coatings and some elbow grease to work, but worth it!

It is my saving grace. I dunk my penn reel in the sand few times and finally it became a coffee grinder.. I left the reel about an year and decide to clean up..
this degreser also remive sand in the gear set..
it takes many hours to clean but now my reel became like new..
