Very nice well designed bag and it works. Possible weakness is if sharks get at it - the material is unlikely to withstand chewing by Porbeagles, Blue Shark, et c. Probably needs to be pulled out of the water if sharks appear at the boat.

Is bucket placed upside down in bag? In other words so opening of bag is over the base of the bucket

You do not get the bucket with the bag, it is used to compare the size of the bag in the picture. Also you do nut use the bucket in the bag just the bag gets the job done!
