I used this lure when nothing else catches (poppers, &minnows).
Man, they catch fish, cast after cast! Caught some cocktails and gator blues.

Mimics sand eels perfectly lots of stripers fell prey to this lure

if the ol"sandeel" bite is the bait..then this lure is the imitation...casts very well. can change lures quickly with this split ring on to a clip. Love to drag these lures along bottom on open beach in surf. Can also work higher in water column in big water/big wind. And one really good hook. Some guys like having lots of trebles...me? i like 1 good one. So much easier for catch n release. The entire AOK line tins are excellent.

When sand eels are in the surf this is a very difficult lure to beat. I've out produced regular diamond jigs with this product on many occasions. Cant wait til fall.

Great metal lure, made with quality components. The finish is top notch and lasts! Catch a lot of fish with this lure and its my go to when small bait fish are present.

I used the AOK T-HEX with TubeTails on the surf beaches of Victoria recently with GREAT success.
I personaly used the one with the pink tail, Salmon and Tailor absolutely went all out and smashed this lure cast after cast,
I would highly recommend this lure to any body who fishes the surf.

I like the action on theses lures on a steady retrieve but they work well on any style retrieve and they do a great gob casting out from the surf.

very productive lure, swivel and hook are better than compition.

I use the T-HEX lures for striped bass when sand eels are present in the fall. I use them both surf casting and jigging from boats. They produce fish.

sometimes you want to target those big fish when there is plenty of bait out.
