Ande's Monster Blue and Yellow are extra, extra strong monofilament. In fact it is the strongest monofilament Ande has ever produced. Monster Line is for trolling and for targeting large, mean fish. It is a hard line with outstanding knot strength and abrasion resistance. It is a one-purpose line and that is to land large fish like Tuna, Sailfish, Marlin and Sharks. ANDE Monster…nothing-stronger…

Amazing Mono

This is easily what we believe to be the best Catfish mono out there. Above rating strength, perfect amount of stretch and it's tough without much memory. Easily seen during the day and when we turn on the blacklight for night fishing it's like a damn lightning bolt extending out from the rod making it easier to see soft strikes. Excellent for when we are pier, jetty and surf fishing as well in the Salt. I have rods with Berkley Big Game on them as well and it works for the price, but the Ande Monster is a step above it in all aspects.

Ande Monster

Ande Monster is the line that gives massive cats nightmares. This line is seriously tough, has very little stretch (by mono standards) and has impressed me so much, that I have given up on heavy braid, and gone with Monster for my large cat/carp/sturgeon gear. I use the 20lb on my baitcaster, so I don't have to worry snapping off a $30 lure. Great stuff. memory is low, and it casts and knots really well. If you're over the headaches of braid, maybe give this a try.
