Best Hand Crimper

After several sets of sub par crimpers I spent the money on these. Best hand crimpers around. Don't crimp enough for a bench mount, but I keep these for my garage work and a pair of Jinkai's on the boat.

Crimpers were nice to use,very little effort was needed to complete a crimp. Crimps look good but haven’t put them to use yet.

I have gotten used to my $30 AFW pair and thus am good at using it at this point. It takes a bit of practice. I have one of my fathers friends that comes fishing with us for shark with us almost every time we go and he owns a pair of these. With these the question of your crimp being solid is basically a non question, but they are pricey.

I recently switched to these crimpers from a $35 pair. The difference is night-and-day. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on this high-quality crimper. You'll be glad you did.

Very satisfied with the product. You can spend $30 and struggle with correct compression and alignment....,or you can bite the bullet and crimp with ease and total confidence. I'm really glad I went this route.

Are these meant for the #10F8 AFW crimps with AFW 600 lb 49 strand cable?

Hi Brad, Unfortunately the American Fishing Wire HT-450-5 Heavy Duty Hand Swager would be a little too small for those size crimps. I would recommend the Sea Striker CH18 Heavy Duty Hand Crimper. https://www.tackledirect.com/ssch18.html This would be perfect for AFW #10F8 crimps with AFW 49 Strand Cable.
